Shot with the Mark III and 100-400 + 1.4x Kenko TC @560mm. Pretty happy with the results.

Wow I can't believe how dense I am. I never even realized it was on the same perch let alone the same pose. Shows you how much attention to detail I pay.  :p

Brant tow nice images here. I've still never seen a Titmouse. With the identical perch you can see the size difference between the two species.

Both look the same size here, but the cardinal is a larger bird. Great shots, by the way.

You can tell that the cardinal is not cropped in as much. Just look at the redish color branch behind each bird and to the left. Also the tree buds also show the difference as well.
