I bought a canon ixus 860 and I can't use the canon CDSDK7.3 to make it work. The software compiled from the SDK pops a message box "ErrorCode=0x0A000080". who can tell me the reason? or which sdk can drive this ixus 860?

That's probably beyond most people here, so lack of response isn't surprising. Are you sure that Ver. 7.3 of the SDK supports that model? Sounds like it might not. Jon
