720 sweet spot?

Does anyone know at what lens opening the A720 produces the sharpest images? I understand it is not necessarily the smallest but that there is a "sweet spot" that gives the best results. I`m talking outdoors with manual settings. All replys appreciated.

Sorry, I can't remember what test I read it in, but f4 is the lowest distortion setting on the 720.
