I think it works well. I like the pose and the angle. The background is not distracting. I think the orange/red tones in the skin are just a hint too saturated. Overall, I think it is top notch. Nice work.

Color may be a bit too intense, but otherwise a great shot.

I agree with the above comments, really good shot but a bit to much orange on my screen.

Bit orange here to and the eyes are on the center horizon. I would have placed them in the top 1/3 line.

Nice!

How did you light this shot? Looks like you put some work into setting that up quite well. ;)

Cheers! :)

Looks very nice to me. It is a bit warm, but I'm guessing that was intended. Seems to work in this image, at least in my opinion.

Used a large 43inch reflector on model, she was posing on table under a patio roof in the shade and thats all the lighting used. The rest is editing!!!

The vignette is unatural. That's the only part I really don't like.

There's a head in there? My eyes focused a little lower
...on the skull and cross bones. No, really-- very nicely done. I agree with the others. Her eyes are absolutely stunning.

Take medicine with food and my comments with salt. I am still a newbie.

Thanks for the comments everyone, they are very useful to me. I was actually replacing my rear end differential cover today on my mustang and in the downtime of waiting for my RTV sealant to dry more before torquing the bolts fully I was editing this photo. :)
