i don't really like how the top of her head and the side of her hoodie is cutoff.
but maybe you just cropped it like that?

besides that, i think the lighting looks really good and she is a little soft, but it works for this shot. (makes her look ethereal)

I like the lighting. I would tend to agree on the cropping as an issue.

I agree the crop is not really working, however, the lighting is good...
