Catterpillar, then moth

Found this guy in a friend's garden - a Elephant hawk moth/catterpillar.

Again, not great but i am just learning :D He was released after a safe pupae stage in my kitchen :D

Thanks Flo :D

I now realise why there is such a differnece in the pics - the catterpillar stage was taken on a Fuji A345 zoom while the moth pics were on the Fuji S9600 when I first got it :D
