Star Trek Experience in Vegas

Ok, I admit I used to be a hard core Trekker. So the highlight of my trip to Vegas this last weekend was to visit the Star Trek Experience. It was a little hokey but I had fun. I only had my SD800 with me so it was definitely challenging to get photos there with it being so dark. I think they turned out ok, considering. I set the ISO to "high" and turned off the flash, and used NeatImage later to get rid of some of the noise. I'm seriously thinking about getting a G9 for occasions like this in the future where I don't want to carry the full-blown SLR.

I think they came out really well! First one is my favorite. Nice shots. :)

Thanks - I read an interview with Wil Wheaton who said their replica of the Enterprise D bridge was as realistic as any he'd ever seen. Unfortunately they wouldn't let us take any photos in there, but it was pretty cool to see.
