I recently got a battery pack CP-E4 to go with a 580 ex

The documentation says that you should wait 20mins after taking 20 consecutive shots.

Would this be at 1/1 power? and what if you take 5 consecutively does that mean I should wait 5 mins?

From your experience what is generally the real would experience.

I'm asking because I'll be shooting a wedding a little later and I'm not too keen on blowing a flash.

Cheers.
