I have a DynaTran portable 12' backdrop system (Model AS-014-2) with 4-3' sections. I'm looking to buy another tripod and 2 additional 4' sections in order to hang my 20' backdrops. I've searched for a DynaTran website but can't finf one. Does anyone have any ideas as to where i can get these items?

I haven't yet..since this model is no longer made...I just might buy the $79 model from Amvona, (where I got this) and either set it up next to it or just use one of the stands and tubes. I can't find anyone that will sell me two extension crossbars.

Why not give Amvona a call(508.618.0032) and see if maybe they have the parts you need laying about in their warehouse?

Although it'll most likely be cheaper going through their eBay store and buying the whole setup being as the BIN prices are pretty steep.

I did that earlier today, they said I couldn't buy the cross bar sections.

Sorry to hear that but not to surprised, actually dealing with the CSR on the phone is pretty lame. I've grabbed a few good deals from their eBay store and called to see if I could go pick it up living about 30 minutes away, no deal. Gotta pay the stupid flat rate shipping and wait about 4-5 days to get it.

The descriptions on eBay aren't to spot on either, I won a monopod from them and it wasn't as tall as described but it supported about 1 1/2lbs. more than stated so it was a draw as far as I was concerned.

Good luck getting it sorted out.
