Hi all,

I'm pretty new at this forum, though been lurking a bit. Anyway, I'm a graphic designer by trade but I'm looking to go more torwards photography as I find it insanely rewarding.

Up 'till now I've mainly done 'candid portraiture', but will be going studio fairly shortly.

So, C&C on these shots from last years Swedish Mid-summer celebrations in London's Hyde Park (basically, 500-1000 swedes that gather to get ridiculously drunk, dance like frogs and wear flowers in their hair) would be greatly appreciated.

Also any pointer and tips to aid the candid vs studio transition would be nice...

One thing I noticed first was that the eye sockets are quite dark. Fill flash could have worked wonders on these images.

Good point, so with a bit of "post-magic", does this look any better?

It does look better, but I was thinking something like this...
