A Lastolite? No I don't own one. I thought about getting one but it's not really suited for me and what I do. The 6' x 7' is not large enough for shooting wide set and the 7' height is a bit short. The larger one is extremely expensive and just doesn't make sense for me. I don't need one for location shooting and have no trouble shooting on pure white in my studio. I've got great control and even light across 9 ft. x 8 ft. Robert

Quick and dirty pic for the grandparents. Had lots of trouble with the lighting wrapping around the kids, which I solved by loading my ab800 on a boom and placing in the top of the hilite. Thoughts welcome.

I was just curious. Not that it's something I would purchase in the near future, as I'd prefer better lights, but, as a background, it seems to work pretty well, when needed in a pinch. inthedeck Cream of the Crop More info | Dec 08, 2008 07:13 | #360 I hear ya EOS_JD. I shoot models mostly on location, as I don't have a dedicated studio (I Wish), and trying to decide between white/gray/black seemless versus this, seems like a logical choice...but, first I need better lights. Yeah, 2 580's inside the thing would work, but, then I wouldn't have much more to light the models up front, except a 430...and that's not gonna cut it. MCSquared Photography
