ZoomBrowser - How to change default directory?

First time with a Canon camera. Received the SD1100IS yesterday. Regarding ZoomBrowser EX 6.1, how do you change the default directory where the photos are transferred?
I changed it in EOS Utility, but that doesn't seem to have any effect. Thanks for any help.

Also, is there any way to delete the photos in the camera while transferring? (besides doing it manually)
