FIVE YEARS??? I don't think so. I am not waiting that long. He says it's so we can enjoy our time together..And I am still trying to figure out when that is. I want a family. He's not getting is. GGRRRR lol

Welcome to 2008! I don't know anyone that loves to cook nice sit down home cooked meals any more. Every so often, or on the grill but not every night. We are lucky for 1 or 2 times a week now a days. Especially as the kids schedule gets more whack with everything she's in.

The chicks took this place over and have practically run all the men out. Ginger got herself a title and will shortly have caught up to you in post count. Otherwise general man bashing, sucks to be a teacher stuff.

Wow. That sucks. While I can see waiting until you are 25 just from a maturity standpoint (based on experience....being a mom for the first time was tough even at 25), that is a long time to wait. I think it's time for a compromise. My suggestion would be to wait at least a year after getting your house before trying. That way you aren't preggo while doing any rennovations/painting and you have time to settle in with your new life before adding on. Trust me...doing too many things at once can be stressful. Here's an example from my life: March engaged, may graduated, august married, honeymoon, new job, get knocked up. Lots of stress. Don't push things but don't dawdle forever either.

I'm not saying I want to start a family right now. But I don't want to wait 5 years either. I planned on being in our house and settled down before any of that happens. But 5 years is way too long for me to wait and I am plain and simple not going to do it anymore.

And date nights are pointless. He woulnd't want to go out anywhere anyway. He never does. We sit at home 24/7. Going out is a rarity.

My vacation was good. . . I had the leader in a band I shot ask about buying some pics for his upcoming album... so I am going to have to go check out the business/pricing threads. :)

I got the title because we were talking about the TF and I was joking around and happen to say that one little sentence after I think it was Mr. Kitty said it and BAM I am now stuck with it. And Fury likes to keep it short and just calls me Ginger. LOL.

Oh, I didn't think you really wanted to start a family now. But, being told you are going to wait 5 years can be a huge blow. The day before I found out I was pregnant, Corey told me that if I wasn't pregnant that month, we were done trying for 6 months or so because he didn't want to have to take time off to be in the hospital with me and not be able to help out because we would have had the baby during the fall harvest season. Then he wanted to wait longer so as to not even have the baby over the winter. I was crushed. I cried. Then, I peed on a stick the next day and realized it was all a moot point anyway. But, that disappointment still stung.

Sorry you can't get a date night either...or even go to the movie. Corey and I used to hit up Sunday matinees all the time before we had Aidan. It was nice. Sure, we didn't talk but it was nice to be out of the house and enjoying ourselves together.

Want me to open up my pregnant wrath on Jeff? ;) ;)
