ok i heard from a local pro photographer that has connections, that canon is not happy with there lens and canon says that the pro bodies are more advanced then there lens. he said that canon is coming out with a lot of new lens that are ground breaking. has anyone heard of this.

14-400 f/1.4 IS infinity. Also accepts 2x extender for a max zoom of 800. (sorry... couldn't help myself)

it would be better with all terain tracks and 250 lazer guided auto focus points...and fuzzy dice
