Not happy with pics of my nefew in Midget AA Toronto City Finals then hopefully Provincials.

I have the 40D, and the 70-200 f/2.8 L non IS. I also use a tripod for most of my pictures aimed at the oppositions goalie usually without using the zoom. I also use the remote switch (RS-8N3) , also have 430ex, and 28-135 3.5-5.6.

Never done white balance before and I use Adobe CS3.

Shooting advice is very much welcomed. IE settings to work with
