As seen from Riverview...

Nice one. I love the sky.

Did they ever demolish that horrible causeway that nearly killed the river?

Actually, I was in Dieppe!

Not yet, the tidal bore is quite the bore these days... Apparently law says they have to remove/replace it with something else, but I'll believe it when I see it. I'd definitely try to take some pictures of the construction work if it ever happens and I'm actually in Moncton at that time.

Anyways, thanks for looking!

I should have known from the angle of "l'Assomption". I studied in Moncton in the late nineties.

Anyho, good shot!

Nice! I love Moncton. I went there for french immersion for a summer and I just loved the cloud formations there by the ocean. It was funny since the weather channel was ALWAYS wrong, weather in moncton can change in a matter of 5 minutes. I think there are beautiful opportunities in New Brunswick for some nice scenery! roches hopewell, bay of fundy, all very scenic! - then go to Peggy's Cove just an hour away.

I often complain there isn't enough picture opportunities here in Moncton, but it isn't the case, I just need to go out more often!

And you're right about the weather predictions being wrong, it's very rarely spot on for a whole day. I find we have too many overcasts days... Although sometimes it can be nice for photography.
