I oredered from Adorama 2 Savage ft-150 strobes and I just received them. It has the metal reflector with a release to turn it a for it to be removed.
If I remove it there is no way to atach a soft box. Do I have to buy a special speed ring for it? All I see is soft boxes with speed ring but I don't need the soft boxes. I have a couple that have the 3 3/4 plastic ring that has the thumb screws that I wanted to use. Is there a adaptor that is just a piece that is
3 3/4 round that will lock into it?
I emailed Adorama before I bought it but never got an answer back. Now I have them and no way to use the soft boxes.
I tried emailing again tonight but I thought maybe someone here might know what I need.
