I just wish he'd have been more to the right some so the big trees didnt look like they were coming out of his head. What a cutie! #2 does look a little over exposed. A rule I have learned when it comes to portrait is that the less dead space the better. Another word, #1 and #2 should be photographed using the portrait frame instead of the landscape frame...unless the scene adds to the composition...or when you have an active child and not enought time to rotate the camera
