Love it, it's a cute pose. I think she needs to stand out a bit more from the background, though.

of course it does! Geat shot, a hair light on *her* left would be nice though

I think it'd be fine as a B&W but it's super flat you need some curves adjustment.

I'm a little "PP challenged", so take my comment lightly. It appears to be a bit flat. All in all, I like it.
