Will be used in harsh conditions.
Will take bumps and dings.

Preferably have no moving parts like extended lens.
Nikon Coolpix Ultra compacts were great for this and great for pocket storage.

Only need about 2-3 megapixels.
Good in low light a plus and needs to have a flash.
All this and needs to be priced around $200 or under NEW.

Used cameras are not an option as these cameras will need to be able to be bought in bulk and from one source.

Any suggestions?

Going to go hit up dpreview and try to find some cams that fit the bill.
Any help is appreciated.

My old Canon A95 was VERy durable... 5 megapixels and took great photos... dropped it on concrete, oyster beds, water etc... many time... then it got submerged in a river and died on me...

Olympus Stylus 770SW 7.1MP Digital Camera with 3x Optical Zoom
Shockproof. Waterproof. Freezeproof. Crushproof. Introducing the world's most durable digital camera -- the Olympus Stylus 770 SW. You can drop it (from 5 feet), dunk it (to 33 feet), freeze it (-10 degrees C/14 degrees F) or even try to crush it (up to 220lbf), and it will still take amazing photos.

You can also consider Canon Powershot SD1000 and SD 750 too. They are older ones. But if you are looking on the price then you may want to try those. now is on sale in Officedepot for 149.99 each and in BB, CC for 199.99 each. I got a SD750 yesterday.
