It's a tradition on this forum. You get a new camera, you MUST provide a picture of a duck taken with it. If you don't, you'll be forced to use a Nikon for the rest of your life. :lol:

Permagrin was locked into the wedding forum. Don't know what she did, but some say it's because she didn't post a duck pic.

might be tough to get a duck shot as i have no telephoto at the moment. and where i live i dont think there are any ducks.

Many people try to pretend that their dog/cat/baby is a duck, but I personally never bought it:)!

Just got my 40D yesterday too, I was dumbfounded by the huge LCD screen.

I want to buy a 40D as well, to upgrade from my Rebel XT, use that as a backup. So many things I want, so little money.....
