Hello
I am setting up my first images on Alamy. I have a photo, below, of part of an attraction from Great Wolf Lodge in Ohio:
My question: Would this require a property release, since its not obviously attributable to the property at hand?

Better safe than sorry. If it was taken on private property I would most definitely get one and file it. slappy sam wrote in post #5405685 I have a similar question(s). For a photo like this where you wouldn't know where it was taken, but lets say it was taken on private property or in a building, do you need a property release? Ex: Photo of fish taken in aquarium. Not a particularly recognizable fish. For a photo taken from the street (public view) but with a store name in it, do you need a property release? For a photo of a person taken in public, do you need a release (I pretty much know this one is a yes, just making sure) Where can I find more information regarding, specifically, property releases without having to contact a lawyer? Yes. I really don't know about the whole object deal, it might be a really rare fish only one or two aquariums might have. Name: Garrett

No. No. Photographers Legal Guide - http://www.photoattorney.com/products.html I thought for stock, even if the person is in public, if they are recognizable a release is required? 40D|10-20|17-50|70-200|580ex

Page 87 of the "Photographer's Legal Guide", goes through it word for word. I recommend you buy it, it in some cases is true in some states but in most states is not. Name: Garrett
