Dirt INSIDE lense

So... I was cleaning my lense... and notice that this one speck wasn't coming off. As I got closer I realized that it was INSIDE my lense. I have no idea how it got there, but it is. Does anyone know how I would go about getting that out? Do I have to take it to a service center, or can I do it myself? What?

Cut yourself a couple of 1/4 square pieces of post it notes and stick to the front of your lens...take a photo...then decide if you really need to worry about a silly dust speck inside a lens.

Haha. Yeah, I haven't really been able to see any spots... but just knowing its there... bugs the CRAP out of me. It shouldn't be there. lol

Way more important stuff to worry about than a speck of dust inside a lens...trust me. I've seen some glass that looked like you could plant corn in the dust on it...and it still took flawless pictures...

Sigh... I guess.

I'll be getting a new lense soon anyways... now all I have to do, is decide which lense to get.
