My 1st Attempt at Baseball

This past Wednesday, had a chance to shoot my 1st baseball game at a professional stadium, the Daytona Cubs which a single A affiliate of the Chicago cubs. My college was playing them for the Cub's exhibition game. So I went along after studying MLB's website for some time and talking to my friend/assistant/2nd shooter about baseball.

I just got the 70-200 for my 30D.
They make me look forward to taking it
out to our Patriots minor league ball games this summer.

sorry about the watermarks, I put these same image up on facebook, and I don't want my school to use my images, that's why I slap such a huge watermark on there.

the last one looks a bit over saturated imo, VERY blue.

yupe, had field access, found out that their team photographer is one of my diving friends.

So what do you do if the school wants compensation to get you field access?

I wasn't shooting at my school's ballpark, this was the Cub's ball park.

If you mean what happens when the school wants compensation if I shoot at home, then I just won't shoot them, I'll walk away, Or I'll try to shoot from the stands, if can't get anything good, then I won't shoot at all.

Nope!

I like them But 1 & 4 look over sharpened - Faces look like plastic.
