PowerShot A60 problem

Hello,

I have a PowerShot A60 digital camera and this morning I have tried to take a few shoots but I cannot see anything on LCD in shooting mode - the LCD is white. If I take a photo, when I try to see it on LCD (in play mode) it appears completly black. The LCD is not broken because I can see the older photos from the compact flash card in play mode.


Did the camera break down?

You may want to read the sticky at the top of this forum about Canon's Service Notice on PowerShots. You may just have that problem, which would mean a free repair in or out of warranty, or maybe a newer replacement model.
