Driving along A1 leaving Geneva, Switzerland we passed this pretty view.

Anything special here?

first one is the best one exposure wise. the second and 4th you are dealing with way too much dynamic range, and needed a gradient filter, or to shoot hdr. The 3rd one, you are dealing with a light which is not providing you with much contrast, and the image is a little underexposed. also the pole in the middle compositionally ruins the image a little. I do like the first one, thought its a little plain.

Thanks for the feedback. I agree with everything you said re: composition and exposure. I may try and airbrush out those posts and other junk, then do a gradient mask to lighten up the water ones.... I have 800 pictures from the trip and not much time to play with them. :-/
