I returned this camera and got a new one. Has anyone ever seen it this bad?

I've never seen or heard of anything that bad out of the box. I looks like someone emptied their vacuum cleaner bag in the camera. I'm not short. I'm concentrated awesome!

Yes, I made a mistake, I took many test photos at the smallest apature and I guessed the wrong lens, sorry. It is besides the point anyway. 1D MKIII 5D MKII
