This is why I will most likely bypass an upgrade to Vista as I don't see it offering anything over what my current WinXP setup can do.

Apr 07, 2008 14:58 | #13 Nobody has ever given me a really soild reason for needing to upgrade...When I heard that Windows 7 would be coming out soon months ago then I new that Vista was nothing but a stopgap like ME was...a way to try out new ideas and have the public test them for you....Man I love my job (tech support) EOS 6d, 7dMKII, Tokina 11-16, Tokina 16-28, Sigma 70-200mm F/2.8, Sigma 17-50 F/2.8, Canon 24-70mm F/2.8L, Canon 70-200 F/2.8L, Mixed Speedlites and other stuff.

I normally use XP x64 but prefer the Vista interface. But then I don't use old gear; most is less than a year old. Everything works with no fuss.
