very incredible, i'm going to have to start practicing pano stiching
i love scenic pics where the ground leads the eye in and the clouds in the sky bring your eye back gives the scene real depth nice capture

Thanks! Yeah I was going for depth in 3 and 4, I really wanted the pictures to give the mountains justice in the background. They are/were amazing when you are there and sometimes it's hard to capture it far away with an ultra wide angle it seems.

can you share your PP?
with the 10-20 and multiple exposures, did you have adjust for any distortion on the sides?

For PP I usually first start with the contrast -- auto contrast is so amazing in Photoshop, so I mostly just stuck with that on these photo's -- the only other things I did was a little selective coloring on the mountains and sky, then used the burn tool a little bit in some area's. Like I said, I really wanted to give it justice to how it was like when I was there.

As for distortion on the sides with my 10-20, I know exactly what you mean and you just really have to overlap the pictures a little bit -- not too big of a deal. The only times I feel it's a problem is when I'm closer to a subject when doing wide angles (especially if people are in them) Thanks for your comment!

Did I say I had 5? Sorry, didn't mean to say that if I did. I actually only put four up there;)

Thanks for the reply.

These are terrific! Certainly paid to get up, wish I could convince my wife.LOL

What a weekend for photography in SW Utah. I was out in the Kanab/Paria area for two days and I'm still on sensory overload.

Thank you! And yes I agree. It was incredible. I have a question for you -- where is that Unnamed canyon you were at near kanab with the underground lake? Looks very interesting.

They were actually two different locations, sorry for the confusion. The canyon was in the GSENM off Johnson Canyon Rd out of Kanab. You would need a 4WD to access it, pretty sandy but no exposure.

The underground lake is not far from Best Friends in Kanab, not sure how to describe the route, though.

I really like the last one. Excellent composition and a great sky. I would just try to restore some detail in the background and bottom right.
