Photoshop has had a contact sheet sub routine since the year dot. It allows full control of number of images on a sheet but my ancient PS7 will only add the image name. This may have been improved in recent offerings. Perhaps a CS user would advise here?

I have not explored DPP for this, but it might be worth your while checking the help files.

Photoshop (CS2) has limited/no customization within it's contact sheets. You can select the number of rows/columns you want on your sheet ... and select whether you want the filename listed under each image, but that's it. No EXIF options. You can also make a contact sheet from inside Adobe BRIDGE that has a couple other options such as placing your images horizontal or vertical, but really nothing more than CS2.

If you were building a "WEB GALLERY" in CS2 you have a number of options, as well as the ability to customize one of their templates into your own style - including ability to add your own graphics / watermark, info, etc. Unfortunately the Contact sheet doesn't allow for customization.
