There's potential in the subject matter, but your photo is rather boring. What is the focus supposed to be in this image? Nothing really keeps my attention. I'd give it another go.

I think it would have been a much better shot if you made the colors of the houses stand out a lot more, and removed the vehicles;) (of course theres no way to do that!)

Considering the shot was about the colors on the houses, you're right, this version does look washed out. Wish I could get rid of the cars....

no problem! I recommend giving the selective coloring tool a go in photoshop if you have access to it:)
