I'm just getting started out. I want to buy a couple of backdrops to get started. Wondering what would be the best to start with for colors that will give me the most use.
Also trying to figure out what size I need. I want it long enough to be on the floor so the subject can stand on it etc... I will be taking pictures of of one person and couples. Maybe groups but not at the moment. I also like to do some fetish and fantasy work and maybe from time to time have a model laying on her/his stomach.

I'm very new to this and just joined the forum today. thanks to anyone who responds to a green beginner.

Breanna

For couples and full length you are going to want 10x20. You can do some DIY stuff (external link)(if you're not opposed to that) and use plain RIT dye and cheap muslin from Wal-mart or Joann Fabrics. Savage paper works well if you are trying to avoid wrinkles and is cheap enough that you could get several different colors. And, welcome to POTN!
