I actually quite like #1. Many don't know that's what it really feels like on a bike.

people will always try to stop you doing the right thing if it is unconventional

yah well... they are fun and i'm getting into supermoto this year..going to race..but filmmaking/photography is more important to me @ this point. I'd rather not have a bike but the gear help me advance my skills and have a quality product/s to show.

I think the speed blur in #1 is the wrong way. To me it looks like he is falling backwards. The streaks should follow him, not lead him. And in #2 he needs to be looking into the frame, not out of it, away from the road. They look to be good exposures. And defintly a exciting subject.

i wanted him to look the other way so i could see more of the open road... but i think if i did have him @ edge of frame looking to the left it could work even better.
yah the blurrning thing...i just did it up quickly wihtout even giving much thught to it.. if i make another version i'll kinda follow the way hes going :D

I agree with seeing the road. That part works for me! But with him looking away from it it disconnects him from it. Almost like he gave up the journey. If he is looking toward it, and suited up, You think you know exactly what he is thinking and there is a connection. You build your own back-story and want to see him on the road. I'm sure this is over thinking it, but to me, it is the tiny things that make or break.
