My prayers have been answered.

New movie coming out soon called "Zombie Strippers"

Awesome.

Yip, it stars Chris, Tony and myself as a band of zombie brothers who will resort to anything to survive.

iKirst stars as the ultra conservative Amish mother tasked with hunting us down so we can finish churning the butter.

So long and thanks for all the flash

Good on ya Kirst!

Now, if they will just increase your pay to cover the expenses++ then it will be all good You have to tell them that you can take the credit but you would prefer cash

John - I so agree! But they are paying me well enough for these - so I can't be too grumpy ;)

Shane - cheers!

Peter - love the family shots. Bit worried about the shortest one flipping the bird, though, haha.
The macros are awesome!
#2 is my fav!

ps - wouldn't want the stress that goes with having 'general' in my title. The travel, however...

Kirst done good.

I knew the fact you've an eye for design and appreciation of it would make it work straight out the box for you. Well done.

Cheers, Dave.

Thanks Dave :)

I'm intrigued to see how the designer has cropped the images down.
He was the one that had misgivings about using me over an 'award winning' photographer. He has said thank you, but nothing more

And lets see the award winning photograher is a "mate"

Even award winning photographers had to start at the bottom.
Well done kirst (future award winning photographer)

The first digital camera I bought, Sony DSC-P150. When I bought it new, it cost about $470, and the 512mb Memory Stick I bought cost $80.

I think they are familiar with each other, yeah, hehe

I wont bag her, I don't know her or her work. It's likely nothing short of amazing But I am a little chuffed that work chose me over what was strongly recommended.

I'm not trying to gloat to anyone, I'm just pleased at myself for completing the work without getting a "omg, those are appalling and not up to the desired standard required for an architectural editorial" from the mag fellas in Auz. And more so pleased that I really focused (on the 2nd shoot), on getting the shot right at first effort, with little or no need to PP. (aside from cropping, but that's not up to me)

The only real bad of this all.. I want a Tilt Shift Lens

I love architecture, studied it right through school and part of tertiary. It's cool to have an appreciation of it from a whole different aspect, and get a coin or two in doing so :D

I like that. Can't the 350D with the firmware hack go to H which is an interpolated ISO1600?

The 300d can but there isn't a hack(?) for the 350d.

The 350d has less noise than the 10d at the same ISO but the fact that the 10d can get to 3200 means it can still get the shot (and then b/w it) whereas the 350d would be sitting there at 1/30th or less and have too much motion.

I'm tempted to sell the 10d and grip now while there's some market value left.

I need to get the 350d out to a motorsport event and see how it copes servo/af wise compared to the 10d first though.
