I only just realised now that I didn't have my Honeypuffs this morning.

I must rectify the situation immediately.

according to research its best to eat them at lunch as this will give you a better average blood sugar level for the whole day - and indeed eating a boiled egg and lean bacon in the morning (protein) will be better for you..

For those of you with the 20/30/40D + 24-105L - are you happy with the lens, but more importantly with the combo? Just thinking of a good walk around lens... 17-40 is too short, 70-200 too narrow...

I have my trusty 20D glued to my 24-105 most of the time, continues to be a very useful combination for me. Excellent 'walk around' lens in my opinion.

I feel that it's prudent of me to mention at this time that I am always munching on lollies - so my blood sugar won't have any problems in that regard....

Now, back to more important matters, I must find out when that Zombie Strippers movie is coming (pardon the pun).

there was also no claim of being an expert in the field.... - but he does come from a place of knowledge... main gained around the rally scene... and was also a car mech once. well more than once as in the number - but once in a period of time..

Yip, I have more experiance than the average person when it comes to automobiles.
I have worked for a NZ Lotus and Classic car specialist, I have done all my own work on all my own cars for the past 15 years, and I have spent several seasons as service crew on a Rally Car. I've also been involved in car clubs, and I have been moderating car forums for nearly 10 years.
So while I might make the odd mistake with my geography, when it comes to cars, I do know what I am talking about.

If you like I can bore everyone to death with an explanation of what makes a hair dressers car.
