i made toasted split muffin, cheese, triple smoked bacon, poached egg (runny), rocket, hollandaise sauce and dash of peri peri. washed down with a mug (ok 2 mugs) of coffee....

glass of oj and a glass of milk...

Dude, that's more than I eat in a week.

I'm glad you got a chance to get the peri-peri in there somehow. Looks like Nandos has left a lasting impression on you.

Can I interest you in an iPhone? I know you want one. We can even queue for hours to buy it if you like.

Shukarun, shakarun.....

Major change in lifestyle today - I actually ate those breakfast sausages (I love so very very much) at breakfast time, crazy I know.

Get out! Go on! Get out! 8)

Cheers, Dave.

Judging by a photo posted in the "post the ugliest moderator shot" (or whatever it was) I'd say the chocolate cake's gone somewhere else! :p

Can't wait for you to beat me up on the coromandel trip (if I make it). Hopefully someone will get a few shots of the punch up.

I think you have the weight advantage, but I'm more nimble, and I'm taller. Plus, I can run faster (I'm guessing at that of course)

Shrimper might be able to practice his panning shots some more.

Cliff

Do you know Rule One?

Haven't got it yet, but I normally just throw it out - like any good competitor would do. It's always full of disconnected non-competitor related crap - apart from the discipline column, which the head honchos seem to love parading in view for all to see. I guess they think they are doing their job when they are fining people left, right and centre.

Don't you mean:

Touche!

(I could mis-spell it "touch" but then that could be interpretted in a completely different way)

You have a sick mind Moppie - or was it me that suggested it? Hell I don't even know anymore.

I'm already in training for the fight by the way. This is the "psych your opponent out" bit - or haven't you noticed?

There is a can of sweet corn here in the cupboard, likely never to be eaten.

Dave, you want it?
