This only works if your opponent has "psych" that you can "out". :rolleyes:

Yes I have put on weight since the end of the season, I have now relaxed and will gladly get fat watching telly. Apart from when I am out for a run (like today - which almost killed me - it's been a while)

I am now almost 75 kilos. So that's only a gain of 3 thanks very much! Which is actually over 5lbs. So I'll shut up now.


The impossible has begun - another step closer - and I am very hungry for it.
