I've got to get an actual logo going. Wu sent me something I could work on I just haven't

All I want from a logo is a picture of an aperture.

I just need to find one.

Congrats on overtaking Jake by the way. I knew you'd be able to pull that one off.

Get to work earlier. See that was easy just like the Staples commercial.

We have a new hire starting on Monday. I spoke with my boss a few months ago about having a 7:30 - 4:00 schedule when the new person came so I'm hoping that it can happen ASAP! :)

Miniflash wrote in post #5341444 (external link)

I'll have to sort out a little logo for myself now.

I hate being artistic...

Have you seen mine Pete? I just used my signature, it works well for me.

I have no logo or watermark...guess I should work on that.

So do you all think that if I had printed my photo at home first I would have seen the imperfections I don't like before sending it off?

What type of work do you do, I know you probably said, but hey, I'm old. :p

We always pay a maximum of 30 days later, most often just as soon as the work performed is checked and confirmed complete by my Production Manager.

IT business. We were recruited by this contractor because their customer requested that only my DH network any of their future stores. It would not be a big deal if we did not have so much in expenses to do these trips. Then to be lied to on 3 separate occasions saying the check was being cut and mailed was just way too much. It makes no sense since this is a HUGE company but I found out today they have a hard time keeping quality techs and I have to wonder why *sarcasm* of course.

You know that gallery software I am using generates the watermarks for you. Nothing fancy but nice since it does it automatically (at least with the skin I am using).

not necc...because home printers are notoriously bad for getting color correct.

Have you ever tried mpix.com? I only ask because 99.9% of the time they have turned out perfectly and the 1 time they didn't (huge canvases) they reprinted them for free with no issues. Even sent them overnight because they were a gift and didn't charge me the extra. Anytime a print doesn't turn out right, they'll re-do it.

Nice to meet you Jen :)

What is a DH? Designated Hitter? :D .

It does this month ..lol no really it means 'dear husband' but i didn't know that so when I asked Renee I made a guess that was wrong.

I like your warped sense of humor.. quite entertaining

I was playing wth the water mark on the file I had open (not a good one) however I think through just playing with it I've come up with something I kinda like....what do you think? (I think the oversharp thing gives it a cool texture)

Logo design is fun. :D

And ditto what Permie said. I don't think you would have been able to see the same thing on your home printed pictures.

I was thinking of getting a good quality home printer like the Epson 3800. Mine does not do a very good job.

I have never printed a photo I have taken yet, but would like to.
