they are correct...we've owned both and the IQ of the F4IS is better...it really is the best zoom canon makes.

some day I will own both, I don't care what folks say.

OK, I'm playing with this new wacom tablet thing. To those who don't know what it is, it's a big tablet, connected to your computer so that when you "write" on the tablet, you "write" on the computer. Think of digitally painting: no paints, no inks, but the image is directly transferred to the screen.

I'm left handed. When I've had to use some paint programs in the past, I've had to use the mouse... right handed. Now, because of the wireless pen, I can draw, paint, airbrush with my left hand. This is huge to me. I don't have to use my right hand or my mouse. There's so much more control for me. For example, I like calligraphy. Pens, nibs, inks, I love it. But I can't do it because when I write, again being left handed, I hook my hand like many left handers do. I tried to break that habit, but to no avail. What this means is that if I use wet inks, writing from left to right, my hand will drag through the ink, smearing the whole thing.

I don't have to worry about that anymore.

Very happy.

right on! good job Permie

Yeah, that should work. You can put it anywhere you can put a photo. That's allowed inside a post.

Just don't include it in every post or we'll have to take notice.

ok I'm confused. does this break the rules? Also I had no intention of adding it to every post (that would annoy even me). I figured everyday on my first post would be a cool thing.

If you make it habitual, it'll seem to be part of the signature, which (see quoted passage from Forum Rules above) must be in the Sig. box, and may not include any distractive elements (like graphics).

Geez Crissa, we try to give Terri a spider alert, you might at least give us a crazed wacky nephew alert. :p

Is that kid any where near a goofy as he comes across in photos. I have hardly seen a photo of him that did not make me smile, for one reason or another. :D
