BG-E4 and XXD?

I see the new Opteka dual shutter button grip being advertised for BOTH the 20/30/40D and 5D Canons. So does that mean a BG-E4 will fit the XXD series? Has anyone tried it? I mean they do have the same batteries.

No it wont, I wish it would though! Then I could get a 40D and share my 5D grip between them!

Ah I thought as much. The 5D is .4 images wider than my 20D. I just like the shape of the e4 better. I wish the e2 was designed like that.
