I have no problems with the posing or anything, but I need to know... It will be from 8:00 am - 11:30 am... What do you do about the sun??? The individuals will be no problem, cause we can find a small piece of shade with field in the back and shoot them.. But we are going to have a team pic and dont know what to do about the bright sun at that time.. Any suggestions??? Kim

If your prayer isn't answered, position subjects so that all faces are in shadow, expose for faces, shoot RAW and make exposure adjustments as necessary during post processing. If you do have adequate gear for fill flash, and in intense Florida sunshine you'll need some powerful stuff, use it for best results. See THIS thread. Some fill flash is better than none but in really harsh sunlight you'll probably need two or three flash units -- unless it's a small team like 10 players or so and you shoot close with a wide angle lens. Teams I shoot are usually 30 or more guys including coaches and trainers and one 550EX won't eliminate their cap shadows in harsh sunlight. Zoom in on the face of the guy you focused on and make sure there is no harsh or unacceptable cap shadow covering part of his face and you can see facial details. BTW, don't use any kind of diffuser on the flash unit.
