I thought perhaps some of you might want to see what the MkIII does at ISO 6400 without any noise reduction or any other PS enhancements for that matter. All images were shot @ ISO 6400 and f/2.8, then I cropped and resized them for posting but I didn't boost exposure or sharpen any of them. EXIF is embedded and I've posted shutter speed. This ballpark is a dungeon at home plate on dark nights under the lights. I'm almost certain that if I spent just a bit of time post processing these images they'd be good enough for trading cards and they're probably good enough for editorial use as is. You can be the judge of the MkIII's low light capabilities -- I think it does the job quite well myself. We'll see how AI Servo AF performs when hot weather arrives in a few more weeks.
