Hello all of POTN! I was wondering your best techniques for getting models into whatever mood you need them in to get the photo you're after.
I have been using visualization techniques. I typically get the first 20 or so picture of ot the way to get the starting jitters worked out. After that, If a model isn't giving me what I'm looking for, I might tell them to close their eyes and think of a number of things: The person they love, someone they had a crush on, a specific sad moment in their life... usually that works pretty well. (I'm a film student, so I have a very "director" attitude when I shoot)
My problem is that if that technique doesn't work... I have no back up plan! What methods do you use?
