And don't forget Babe's chicken fried steak...as large as a hubcap.

So...about the size of the ones at Alamo Cafe, then?

Dallas, then SA, now B/CS (when I'm home on vacation)

Got to the Ft Worth Zoo today. I must say the animals were looking lazy and bored. It was pretty warm and muggy too. There is a lot of Texas-themed animal-related stuff in the zoo, and here is a goofy sign from it. Enjoy the silliness. ;)

Nice man, I miss Tx so much :( .

I would also add the IMAX there, first and only dome IMAX I have been to. Nothing like feeling your stomach churning while they fly over downtown in a helicopter.

Never argue with an idiot. They drag you down to their level, then beat you with experience.

I always feel like I'm going to fall out of my seat there, so I stopped going.

I've been thinking of taking my wife to the IMAX nearby. She's never seen one. Good add! ;)

I felt the longing for my homeland from 1999-2007. Virginia is a beautiful state, but it's not the Fatherland! :-P

HAHA, actually I loved that. You should go back, but this time make yourself standup while in the copter. You wouldnt believe how hard it is, you mind just dont want you to get up.

Yeah you should. I think the dome IMAX's are the best ones too.

My longing has been from 98-08 so far, dang military

#53...The Best Offense in MLB (through the first half at least) and the #1 RBI hitter, Josh Hamilton. Maybe you caught him hitting 500'+ shots last night! ;)

Actually, part of Colorado used to be Texas! We were generous and gave land to beef up that tiny state.

If Texas had kept that little part of Colorado y'all might have more than 53 reasons to be glad.

So what's with this thread? I had such high hopes when it first started.

Where's the beef!! :)
