It's a bit dark. Is that debris kicked up on the right side or some serious crud on the sensor? I do like the rotor blur.

Where was this taken at and what's going on?

it was on the lens kicked up by the rotor wash they were the fourth pair to come in...

The shot was taken at Camp Fallujah cant say circumstances due to OPSEC
