Anyone on here had any dealings where they have sent a lens back?

Whats the process?

If not under garuntee are they dear?

I bought a lens off fleabay - take a gamble on a lens advertised

This is the highly regarded Canon ultrasonic 10-22mm 1:3.5-4.5 ef-s Lens auto focus, , suitable for all Canon Digital AF & SLRs cameras.
It is in good cosmetic condition internal motors move lens in and out,but has a fault internally with it misting over please see photo comes with generic front lens cap and rear lens cap.
Consequently I can only offer it strictly for spares or repair.

As you can see i took the gamble hoping to get it repaired  any ideas what is wrong?

Theres no mould or damp on the front element so its one of the internal lenses????

Any feedback appreciated here
