Overall these are quite nice shots, but in a few of them the ambient could do with being underexposed further to bring the skies into check (rather than just white blown out nothingness), and the flash is a bit hot (Marc/Cedric/Gee, for example).

i try to not take that blown out skies but its harder because i want to show some of the ground and if i underexposed the sky the ground came just to black!
on the gee photo you can see where is the flash placed thats why its seem a bit hot and warsh!

Yeah, I can absolutely understand the position you're in. I guess we've got it lucky in Aus because the ground is typically quite a sandy colour so reflects plenty of light. Well, "lucky" in a sense. It can be a total pain in the @ss for the same reason.
