How do you downsize your photos?

If you are only looking to shrink them, there are a few options. 2 I sugest are, Irfanview and PicSizer. bothare free downloads. Irfanview is a lightweight editor so it is quite usefull. PicSizer is handy as it can batch process. Both are worth checking out.
