Canon IXUS 950 IS vs. Sony T300/200/100??

hi all. i've been going over hundreds of reviews for the Canon IXUS 950IS as well as Sony T300/200/100. now, i'm only confused because they all seem to have great features but I would just like to know your opinion on what would be the better choice in this case. thank you so much.

One suggestion -- get to a store and compare the Canon and Sony menus. I used to have Sony's. Never liked the menus. Once I stumbled upon the SD series, never looked back. They are much easier to use, IMO.

Also, when I used Sony's, they only used the Sony memory stick, and Canon used the much less expensive SDs. Not sure if Sony is still stuck on their proprietary memory or not.
