I need a Glamour and nude expert to give me the best way to reduce the veins in her arms. I'm just getting ready to edit these and I notice it to the point of distraction. I say glamour and nude expert because they do such an awesome job with skin and retouching.

Im by no means an expert on the subject of glamor and nude but I think I'm pretty good with a mouse. Ill try editing it and see what I can do if you would be interested in that.

Most of this can done by just messing around with the patch tool and only 5ish minutes of your time :)

This is my shot at it. This is a very crude attempt and took me about 3 minutes.

what tool do you have? Photoshop? if so, you can use the Patch Tool to "blend" the veins away. using the Patch tool, simply "lasso" a section and drag it to a similar color or pattern on the pic. the more time you spend on it, the more seamless it gets. its easy!

Did you patch part of her upper arm onto her hand?

No I used the cloning tool to clone the veins out. Basically I cloned the nearest parts of her arms where the vein was to get a close color match. Then with the spot healing tool I took out the harsh lines. Did a little skin smoothing action to make it look presentable and presto! Like I said it was a pretty crude attempt. I am sure if I took my time I could make it look a lot better. But I was too busy thinking about my new lens on the Fedex truck to concentrate. It has since been delivered, so I can take another shot at it if you want. :)

I ask because the part of her had close to her fingers looks like it has hair on it now

Perhaps I'm missing something, but why remove the veins? That's how she is, and frankly, I prefer the shot with the veins to all the edits. Just my two cents worth.

well sometimes people don't want to see things in photos that they feel are unflattering. Maybe her veins aren't normally as pronounced, but they were for some reason in this picture. Maybe she has seen the pic and wanted to see if they could be fixed. Maybe the OP knows that she will see that and not like the photo at all because of the veins no matter how good the picture is. (We all know people that are like this)

anyway.. my take is, maybe not remove them completely but make them a bit less pronounced.
